According to its Statute, the University of Florence identifies the School as the institutional body responsible for hosting the Joint Student–Faculty Committee established by Law 240/2010.

The Degree Programme Council examines and discusses the Annual Report of the Joint Committee at the first available meeting following its transmission by the School.
